1. Data Handled by the App
NasTech apps do not require you to create a NasTech account, and NasTech does not operate its own servers for storing your personal data unless required for competitive gameplay. Gameplay information is primarily stored locally on your device so the game can work properly.
- Local gameplay data: For SudoZen: saved games, puzzle progress, notes, settings, statistics, game history, achievements, coins, shop items, daily streaks, and review prompt timing. For Mind Clash: game progress, settings, statistics, competitive rankings, and player profile data.
- Competitive gameplay data: Mind Clash may collect and transmit limited data needed for competitive multiplayer features, such as player names, match results, rankings, and leaderboard information. This data is processed according to competitive game requirements.
- Advertising data: Google AdMob is used to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. AdMob may collect data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, IP address, ad interactions, usage data, and diagnostic information.
- Game services data: Apple Game Center and Google Play Games may be used for sign-in, leaderboards, achievements, player names, and score submission.
- Platform features: App Store / Google Play review prompts and the native share sheet may process information according to the relevant platform settings and privacy policies.
2. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14.5 and later, NasTech apps may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before allowing tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you decline permission, the app will not make the iOS advertising identifier available for tracking. Ads may still be shown, but they may be limited, contextual, or otherwise affected by your device, platform, and Google advertising settings. You can change tracking permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
3. Data Storage
Local gameplay data is stored on your device using the platform's local storage. It remains on your device unless you delete the app, clear app data, or use platform tools that remove it. If you use Game Center or Google Play Games, achievements, scores, and related game activity may remain associated with your Apple or Google account according to those services' settings.
4. Data Sharing
NasTech does not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with third-party service providers only as needed to operate app features such as ads, achievements, leaderboards, reviews, and platform sharing. These services process data under their own privacy policies and user controls.
5. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the issue.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
NasTech apps may use or link to third-party services, including Google AdMob, Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, the App Store, and Google Play. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services.

7. Your Choices
You can control tracking permission on iOS through device settings, manage ad personalization through Google and platform settings, sign out of Game Center or Google Play Games, and delete local game data by deleting the app or clearing app data where your platform allows it.
8. Data Retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear its data. Data stored with Game Center or Google Play Games is retained according to those services' policies. Competitive gameplay data for Mind Clash is retained as needed to maintain leaderboards and player rankings, typically for the duration of active gameplay or as specified in game-specific settings.
